Friendly Fixtures 2011

The Mixed doubles fixtures have been arranged for 2011. We are also fielding some Men's doubles teams for the first time. Many thanks go to Tom Johnson for making the arrangements.

MIXED DOUBLES

Format:           2 sets per rubber, with the rubber being tied in the event of the score being one set each. On the night, please decide who will be number one mixed pair and they will play the opposing number one pair, with the number two pairs also playing each other. After that there will be a Ladies doubles rubber and a Men's doubles rubber. Thus each player will play 2 rubbers, each of 2 sets.

• Home team to provide balls, refreshments and to contact opposition in advance if match cancelled for any reason, weather etc.

A number of members have already registered their interest in participating in these fun matches.
